Born To Move

Girl Ball
Go Active in St.Helens is proud to be one of the first places within the North West to be bringing the newest programme of training from the international health & exercise leaders, LES MILLS.

Born To Move is aimed at children and young people aged 2-16 and the idea of the classes is to take the effort out of activity by making it fun. Combining a motivating and scientifically proven mix of age-appropriate movement with music, the classes captivate toddlers through to teens – and fuel a life-long love of physical activity along the way.

Janine Phillips, the Creative Director for Youth Programming, says, “Being active and fit benefits everyone in many ways but it also gives children the confidence to say ‘I can’ – and this is what inspires me. I love giving children the opportunity to realise their potential through physical activity."

The class is led by a highly trained teacher who knows how to coach the best from each child while inspiring a love of movement and having loads of fun too!
Every Born To Move class is refreshed regularly with new music and choreography and all teachers have a bag of tricks designed to maintain interest and engagement.
