This is a Hi- impact aerobic conditioning workout, consisting of warm-up, aerobic & toning /core conditioning components.

The class is designed for a range of fitness levels, whether you are a beginner or advanced, you work at your own level because we show both high and low intensity moves to ALL the routines.

Enthusiastic, motivating and inspiring instructors coupled with excellent current music will coach you to your goal fitness level. This class consists of carefully devised routines to challenge aerobic fitness, muscular strength and overall core conditioning. It is just our Total Body Workout!


Indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is so much more than a just a physical workout – that’s why it’s so addictive. Not only will Power Yoga help you achieve a beautiful body but it will also help to develop a beautiful mind. It allows us to find peace in the hurly-burly of urban life and become a calmer, healthier, and happier person.

Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Teachers design their own sequences, while students synchronize their breath with their movement. The original Power Yoga was developed and founded by Beryl Bender Birch, but is now a term used to describe many vigorous vinyasa styles.

Yin Yoga

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. Yin Yoga was originally introduced by Paulie Zink.


Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.


Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

You don't need to have done any Pilates before to do this class which lasts for 45 minutes.

An exercise mat would be useful if you have one. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

H20 Workout (Aquarobics)

Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the wondrous benefits of water. It only takes a few aqua aerobics sessions and you’ll see a big difference in your overall fitness!

Line Dance

A line dance is a choreographed dance with a repeated sequence of steps in which a group of people dance in one or more lines or rows, all facing either each other or in the same direction, and executing the steps at the same time. Unlike circle dancing, line dancers are not in physical contact with each other.

Paul leads our line-dancing class. He is twice world champion, and has a wealth of dance knowledge and background.

He will guide you through the basic steps and show you how each dance is structured before leading you through the complete dance!

Tai Chi

Involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner  accompanied by deep breathing. Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a non-competitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion

Functional Fitness

Functional fitness exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability.


A Body Tone class is a full body conditioning and strengthening workout, improving functional strength, flexibility and co-ordination. It is also excellent for improving vital core strength.

These classes differ from a regular circuit training workout as the emphasis is less on the cardio-vascular system and more on the muscular and skeletal systems.


Metafit is a high intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training. Designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in!


Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

ViPR bridges the gap between movement and strength training. It combines full-body movement with load, enhancing the vitality, performance and reconditioning goals of clients and athletes. ViPR introduces a new concept in fitness and sports conditioning – Loaded Movement Training.


Boxfit is our boxing inspired workout. This class will teach you the basics in terms of technique, how to strike, the names of the strikes, how to use your gloves and pads correctly.

The session begins with a boxing style warm-up. You will be skipping, shadow boxing, and generally warming up the whole body in prep for your class. The main section of your class is rounds based, you will be working with your Freestyle team to help each other get the most from this intense and stress busting workout!

Abs & Spine

Strengthen your back and tone your stomach muscles to support your spine for life. A mix of core strengthening exercises designed to target all muscle groups that are fundamental for good posture and healthy alignment for everyone from yogis to surfers to elite athletes.
