Introduction

Welcome to Go Active's Work-out to your Home! Our Newton-le-Willows Health & Fitness & Queens Park have teamed up to bring your work-out right to your home to keep you moving during lockdown. From 1:1 specific work-outs with our instructors, to LIVE group video chat classes, you will not get enough of Go Active's Work-out from you Home! With no equipment required & minimal space, push yourself to the max with our work-outs. It's a great way to interact with both the staff & customers, that will place a smile on your face!

Join us every Monday at 12:30 and Tuesday at 12:00 on our GoActiveSTH Facebook page for a HITT workout you will not want to miss! 

 

Our pre-recorded work-outs have been completed so that you can complete your work-out at any time in the comfort of your own home. Follow our Instructor to gain maximum results! 

Our LIVE Zoom Video chat Classes are scheduled classes which are led by one of our Go Active Instructors - Please see below the link for the scheduled classes. These classes are live but don't worry! - you do not need to turn your camera on if you don't want other to see you! Our Zoom Classes will also be posted on our website & our Go Active Facebook page for others to watch it back & complete their work-outs!
