There are gyms in three of our Go Active sites:
- Queens Park Health & Fitness
- Parr Swimming & Fitness
- Selwyn Jones Sports Centre
As part of your Go Active membership, you can use the gyms at any of the sites and will receive an induction with one of our qualified Fitness Instructors. We also offer a FREE personalised workout programme which would be specific to your aims & goals.
From a peaceful yoga class to a high-impact Spin session, we have a wide range of classes available at all sites which you can see on our Class Timetable.
