Always wanted to start running but don`t want to go alone? Maybe you`ve had a break from running and you`re looking to get back into it? Our Go Active running groups could be just what you need.....

Our Go Active running groups are run by UK Athletics Run Leader qualified members of staff to help you along the way & help you get the enjoyment out of running!

Our groups are based at  Queens Park Health & Fitness every Tuesday evening. Simply meet at reception just before 6pm and chat with one of leaders...before you know`ll be off!

We cater for all levels of ability & experience so whether you are a complete novice or an experienced runner, everyone is welcome!
