Synthetic rubber surface, ideal for distance running with a softer feel than hard pavements/roads. Also includes:

Wednesday - 4.00 - 6.00pm & 7.00 - 9.30pm
Friday - 4.00 - 8.30pm
Saturday & Sunday - 9.00 - 5.00pm (subject to football matches)
