Pre & Post Pregnancy Activities

Congratulations on your great news.....your exciting journey starts now!!! With Go Active, we want to give you and your baby the best possible start with regards to your health & wellbeing. Check out the activities available with Go Active for both expecting & new mums!

We have a couple of antenatal yoga classes based at Queens Park Health & Fitness:

  • Tuesday - 18:15 - 19:15 - (£4.90 per class)
  • Saturday - 14:00 - 15:00 - (£4.90 per class)

(NB: You must be at least 12 weeks into your pregnancy to attend these sessions)

In addition to these classes, we also have an antenatal class at Selwyn Jones Sports Centre run by the Daisy Foundation UK. For more information, please check out the Daisy Foundation UK webpage.


Once your new arrival is here, you can then attend our post natal yoga session at Queens Park!!!

  • Monday - 10:30 - 11:30am (£4.90 per class)

With our post natal sessions, you can also bring you little one with you for the first 6 month or until they can crawl (it`s a touch difficult to participate in a class and chase a baby around a room at the same time!)

Please allow at least 6 weeks after giving birth so that your body has time to heal
