A general birthday party package accommodates 15 children . If you require a party with more than 15 children, a Private Hire party booking must be made.
For a General Party, each child will have the choice of choosing their own party food which includes:
Willowbees Breakfast (AM party session only)
Battered chicken bites & chips
Cheese & tomato pizza
Children's box meal (ham/cheese/tuna sandwich, crisps and a piece of fruit).
The food choices will need to be returned no later than 10 days prior to your party date, this will inform us of any dietary requirements. For your general party, the party food will be served within the party room which can be decorated. There will be reserved seating for adult guests within the play area. Please note that for every invited party guest, there will be 1 adult free of charge. Any more than 1 adult per 1 party guests will be charged a small attendance fee.
Twilight Private Hire Party (exclusive use of Willowbees for you and your guests)
Monday - Thursday only.

Private Hire Party (exclusive use of Willowbees for you and your guests)
Fridays:

Weekends:
15:00 - 16:45
Duration - 1 hour 45 minutes
For 20 children: £350.00
Additional children: £17.50
Total maximum number of children for a private party is 60 children
For a Private Hire Party, you will receive a food platter consisting of Pizza, Nugget and Chips. If there are any dietary requirements or additional children, you must let us know no later than 10 days prior to your party date.
Please note that there is no additional charge for adults attending your private hire birthday party.
All parties will receive unlimited jugs of juice. The children will also receive party bags which include an activity pack, coloured pens, a selfie frame & a little treat from us! We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your party and vacate at your party finishing time so we can get ready for our next guests!
Once you have paid for your party in full, your booking will be secure. You will be asked to collect your party pack which will contain our terms and conditions plus your food options. If you would like digtial personalised party invitations, please email us at willowbees@sthelens.gov.uk and we will get back to you with your personalised invite.
