Terms and Conditions
Direct Debit Memberships are subject to a non-refundable pro-rata payment. Monthly Direct Debit Memberships may be cancelled at any time direct with the bank. Members are responsible for cancelling their direct debit when ending the Membership. Membership cards are required to enter the facility. Failure to bring the card may result in refused entry. There is a charge to replace lost cards.

Keycard Discount Scheme
We offer a keycard scheme, which is applicable for people in receipt of one or more of the following:
Income Support, Universal Credit, Income-Based ("means tested") JSA or ESA, Working Tax Credit or Pension Credit, Council Tax Reduction Scheme, Housing Benefit, Foster Carer.Universal Credit recipients should support their request with entitlement documentation with reasons for eligibility.
Please collect the appropriate keycard application form from reception. Once completed, the form needs to be stamped by the relevant office & then taken to your chosen Leisure Centre Reception for processing. This will provide you half price gym, swim off peak and swimming lessons (up to stage 3). Please note the admin fee of £5.25.
