Option 1: General Party Customer Guidance 1.     Our General Party hosts a maximum for up to 15 children, giving everyone plenty of space to play and celebrate together. 2.     Parties take place in our main adventure play area during regular opening hours, so you'll enjoy a lively atmosphere alongside other customers. 3.     A dedicated section will be reserved exclusively for your party group, ensuring a safe and comfortable space for children as well as their parents.

Party Food Choices

For your General Party, every child can pick their favourite meal from the following options:

-  Battered chicken bites & chips

- Cheese & tomato pizza

- Children's box meal (ham, cheese, or tuna sandwich, fruit & a drink)

Should you decide to book a morning party then a Willowbees Breakfast Box becomes an additional available choice.

Your party food will be served in the party room, which you're welcome to decorate during your allocated party time.

Option 2:  Private Hire Party (Exclusive use of Willowbees for both you and your guests)

Availability Times, Duration and Cost

Your Private Hire Party at Willowbees

• Enjoy exclusive use of Willowbees for an unforgettable celebration! The entire adventure play area will be reserved just for you and your guests, creating a safe, comfortable, and fun space for children and parents alike.
• Your party can welcome up to 60 children, so there's plenty of room for everyone to play and celebrate together. The package includes 20 children, and you can add up to 40 more at £17.50 per child.
• Parties take place outside regular opening hours, so you'll have the whole venue to yourselves for a lively, private atmosphere.

Delicious Party Food

• Every party includes a tasty sharing platter with assorted sandwiches, pizza, nuggets, and chips, plus unlimited jugs of juice for all the children.

Extra Treats Included

• Party bags packed with fun surprises, an activity pack with coloured pens, a selfie frame, and a special treat for the birthday child are all included!
• Adults are welcome at no extra charge. While we don't provide a dedicated party host, our friendly team will be on hand to help throughout your celebration.

Booking Your Party

1. To secure your booking, we require full payment of the party package you have chosen
2. Once your payment has been made, your party is fully secured.
3. We don't send a separate confirmation email, but if you'd like reassurance or have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we are always happy to help.
4. At least 10 days ahead of your party date we will need: 
   • Your completed party register
   • Confirmation of any dietary requirements
   • Confirmation of Private Hire additional guests plus payment
   • You can pay over the phone or in person at Willowbees, whichever is easiest for you.

Helpful Information for Your Party

Invitations Made Easy

Need invitations? We've got you covered! Just email us at willowbees@sthelens.gov.uk, and we'll send you personalized digital invites for your party.

Arrival & Departure

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your party start time and vacate promptly at the end so we can prepare for our next guests.

For safeguarding purposes, we will refer to your completed party register when allowing customer entry

Party Decorations & Extras

To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please avoid bringing piñatas or balloons with confetti.

If you'd like to book a mascot or other entertainment, please schedule this after the food has been served.

Food Service Details

When you arrive, please give your birthday cake to a member of the Willowbees team and share your plans with us. To make it extra special, you might want to let us know:

• When you'd like the cake to be brought out during the party
• Whether you'd like us to cut and wrap the cake for you
• Don't forget to bring candles and napkins if you'd like us to help with cutting and wrapping the cake. 
• Willowbees have an appropriate cake cutting knife so for safety of others, there is no reason to bring your own
•  Your guests party food is served 30 minutes into your celebration.
• Any extra food orders placed by guests will be served in line with other customers.  We cannot guarantee they will arrive at the same time as the children's pre-ordered party meals.

Refunds & Rules

• We're unable to offer refunds for guests who cannot attend.
• Once payment is made, refunds aren't available. However, in exceptional circumstances, we'll gladly assist you in rescheduling your booking to a suitable alternative date.
• Please take a moment to read and follow our rules of play.  A copy is attached to this document plus displayed within Willowbees. 
• The confirmation is to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.

Our Team Support

While we don't provide a dedicated party host, our friendly team will be on hand to assist you throughout your celebration.

Important Notes for General Parties

• We want your celebration to be fun and stress-free, so please keep these key points in mind:
• We guarantee seating for up to 15 parents per party.
• Each child's booking includes one adult free of charge.
• Additional adults are welcome for a small attendance fee, so please let parents know in advance.
• To keep things fair for other families, your reserved party area should be used by all your guests, children and parents alike.
• Our maximum is 15 children per General Party.
• This is a strict limit because the party room cannot safely accommodate more than this number under any circumstances so, please complete your guest list carefully before booking.
• If you'd like to invite more than 15 children, you'll need to book a Private Hire Party for exclusive use of Willowbees.
